NLP
a way of modeling excellence in human behaviour. Derived from hypnotherapy and family counseling. Used in a wide variety of ways.

CBT
, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy consistant with the tenents of behavioural therapy, involving the extension of the modification and relearning proceedures to cognative processes


 
REBT,
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy reflects the understanding that rational beliefs, emotions, and behaviours are all interdependent and that psychotherapy should work on all these levels focus on understanding experiences, and, as a “side effect,” thought processes and behaviours are changed as well.
